1. RETURN (DANISH ORDERS ONLY)

You have a 14-day right of return, which starts from the day you receive your item in a parcel shop. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.

We aim to process all returns within 10 working days of receipt. Refunds can take 2-3 banking days, depending on your bank and payment method.

BUY OUR RETURN LABEL HERE

You must cover the costs of return yourself. The price for our return label is DKK 45. The freight that you have paid for delivery of your order to your address is refunded (if the entire order is returned), so you only have to cover the return costs (only applies to Danish orders).

Note: If you choose a return solution other than ours, we still recommend using a tracking number, as you are responsible for the package reaching us. We do not collect packages from parcel shops or post offices, so make sure you send the package to our address.

Always remember to enclose a return slip with your name and order number in the package so that we can identify that it comes from you.

EXCHANGE:
It is not possible to exchange an order. If you want a different item, you must return the original order, after which it will be refunded and you can place a new order.

However, it is possible to exchange your webshop order in our physical store in Copenhagen.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT YOUR PACKAGE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE IF:
- The return period of 14 days has been exceeded.
- The item(s) are not securely wrapped and in original packaging.
- The item(s) has traces of perfume, make-up or the smell of smoke.
- Hangtags or tags are removed or damaged.

If you have received an item with a fault, perfume or makeup, please contact us. If you return without prior contact, we cannot accept the return.

When we have received your return item, you will receive an email message. It can take up to 10 working days before the amount is refunded to your account.

 

2. RETURN AND EXCHANGE (FOREIGN ORDERS)

Unfortunately, we do not yet offer return labels for orders outside Denmark. You must therefore contact a shipping company of your choice and send your package via the selected company (e.g. at the post office or similar). You must cover the return costs yourself. Incl. customs/VAT if you return outside the EU.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your package reaches us, and we therefore recommend always sending it with a tracking number. Using tracking number is essential to have money back insurance as packages can be lost if sent as regular mail.

Send the package directly to the specified address, as we do not collect packages from kiosks or post offices.


CUSTOMS, VAT AND OTHER CHARGES Outside the EU: If you have paid customs or other charges on your order, these will not be refunded on returns.
