CUSTOMS, VAT & FEES: To the UK, Norway, Iceland, USA, Australia and Canada, customs, VAT and other charges may apply to the item, this is  NOT included in price. If you return your order, the customs duty will NOT be refunded. Remember to send your package back as a return item (make a note) somewhere on the package.

You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package, from our warehouse to your home.

If you make a pre-order, but also buy something that is in stock, the order will only be dispatched when all items are in stock.

We reserve the right for delays with all suppliers, and we are not responsible for this.

If you have used the BUY2GET3 offer (buy 3 parts and get the cheapest part free), you accept these conditions: 
- If you return one or more items, you will pay full price for the items which you keep - ie. the price of the free item will be deducted when refunding the returned items.
- The offer is only valid if all three items are kept.
- It is not possible to order three items and return the rest to get the item for free.

*if the discount is used several times (up to 3 per order), the same rules apply per time the discount is used. You must therefore keep the entire order to get the item for free.
 

2. RETURN AND EXCHANGE (DANISH ORDERS ONLY):

You have 14 days right of return from the day you receive your item in the parcel shop. If you return after this, we unfortunately cannot accept your return.

NOTE. We are currently very busy due to COVID-19. This may result in longer response and processing times for returned goods. You will receive an e-mail as soon as your return has been processed.

BUY OUR RETURN LABEL HERE

You must cover the return costs yourself. The price for our return label is DKK 49.90. The freight you have paid to have your order delivered to your home is of course refunded (if the entire order is returned, otherwise not), so it is only the return costs that you have to cover yourself (only applies to Danish orders).

NOTE. If you choose a return solution other than ours, we recommend that you continue to use the tracking number as you are 100% responsible for the package reaching us. It is not possible to return with DAO. Remember that you must send the parcel to our address, we do not go out and collect parcels from parcel shops, post offices etc.

Always remember to enclose a return slip with name and order number in the package so we can see that it is from you.

CHANGE:

It is not possible to exchange an order. If you want a different item, the original order must be returned, then it will be refunded and you can place a new order.

However, it is possible to exchange your webshop order in our physical store in Copenhagen.

 

WE WILL NOT TAKE YOUR PACKAGE RETURN IF:

  1.  The 14 day return period has been exceeded!
  2.  The item(s) are not securely wrapped and in original packaging.
  3.  The item(s) has received perfume, make-up, been exposed to the smell of smoke.
  4.  Hangtags or tags removed or damaged.

When we have received your returned item, you will receive a message by email - after that it can take up to 10 working days before you have the amount returned to your account.

 

3. RETURNS AND EXCHANGE (FOREIGN ORDERS)

NOTE: it is NOT possible to return items purchased at warehouse sales.

Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to get a return label from us if you have bought from an address that is not in Denmark. You must therefore contact a shipping company of your choice yourself and send your package via the chosen one (it can be, for example, at the post office or similar) You must cover the return costs yourself.

You have 14 days right of return, from the day you receive your item in the parcel shop or at your address.

You yourself are responsible for your package reaching us and we therefore always recommend that you send with a tracking number! It is very important that you send the package with a tracking number to have insurance to get the money back. We experience that packages are lost if they are sent as letters and then you yourself are responsible for this!

You must send the package directly to the address, as we do not go out and collect packages from kiosks, post offices, etc.

You must report back if you wish to return your item. You do this to the email: kontakt@venderbys.dk. You will not receive a reply to your return message.

CUSTOMS, VAT and OTHER FEES outside the EU: If you have paid customs or anything else on your order, this will NOT be refunded upon return.

4. Pre-order

If you make a pre-order, this will appear in the product heading, as well as in your order confirmation. In the product description, you can see how many days will pass before the item is expected to be shipped. If you have ordered several items in the same order, with a pre-order, the entire order will be shipped when the pre-order is in stock. account before shipping, as we cannot hold the money on hold any longer and the order will be cancelled.

 

5. Right of complaint

There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right to complain applies to all errors in software, material and manufacturing.

Complaint regarding errors and defects must be notified to Venderby's within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here the max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint is waived in case of incorrect or unusual use of the product.

Venderby's will cover the return costs and send you a return label as soon as you have contacted us.

Jewelry complaint:

Venderby's jewelery is made of sterling silver and 18K gold plating. Gold plating is a surface treatment that can therefore wear off over time if the jewelery is used often. If the piece of jewelery has been used frequently and the gold plating wears off, this will not be part of a complaint. Neither will incorrect use of the jewelery be covered by complaints - this is when the jewelery has been exposed to damage as a result of incorrect use or mistreatment of the jewellery.
We therefore always recommend that you treat your jewelery carefully and spare them as much as possible . Read about our jewelery care here.

6. Jewelry care and info

Venderby's jewelry is always made of sterling silver, with or without 18K gold plating.
The jewelry must always be handled with care possible and it can be done in the following ways:

Take off the jewelery when you take a shower, wash your hands, bathe and play sports. Also preferably take off your jewelery when you sleep. The jewelery cannot withstand hand disinfection (hand alcohol). You should be especially aware of this during these times.
We also recommend that you apply creams and other make-up before putting on the jewellery.
NOTE.
Gold plating is a surface treatment that can therefore wear off over time if the jewelery is used often. If the piece of jewelery has been used frequently and the gold plating wears off, this will not be part of a complaint.
