1. DELIVERY

NOTE. We are experiencing a lot of bustle due to black friday as we are receiving many more orders than usual. Therefore, your order may be delayed 2-5 business days further. If you do not live in Denmark, your order may be further delayed due to COVID. Feel free to contact us if in doubt.

All our orders are shipped by POSTNORD.

7-10 business days for European orders.

Up to 20 business days for orders outside Europe. (longer delivery currently due to COVID-19)

DUTIES, VAT & FEES: To Norway, USA, Australia and Canada there may be duties, VAT and other fees on the item, this is NOT included in the price. If you return your order, the duty will NOT be refunded. Remember to send your package back as a return item (note) somewhere on the package.

You will always receive a track and trace number so you can track your package, from our warehouse and home to you.

If you make a pre-order, but also buy something that is in stock, the order will only be shipped when all items are in stock.

We reserve the right to delay at Postnord, and we are not responsible for this.

If you have used the BUY2GET3 offer (buy 3 parts and get the cheapest part for free) you accept these conditions:
- If you return one or more items, you will pay full price for the items which you keep - ie. the price of the free item will be deducted upon refund of the returned items.
- The offer is only valid if all three items are retained.
- It is not possible to order three items and return the rest to get the item for free.

2. RETURN AND EXCHANGE (DANISH ORDERS ONLY):

RETURN EXTENDED UNTIL 7 JANUARY.

You have a 14-day right of return, from the day you receive your item in the parcel shop. If you return after this, we can unfortunately not accept your return.

NOTE. we are currently experiencing great bustle due to COVID-19. This can lead to longer response and processing times of returned goods. You will receive an email as soon as your returned item has been processed.

BUY OUR RETURN LABEL HERE

You must cover the return costs yourself. The price for our return label is DKK 49.90. The freight you have paid to have your order delivered to your home is of course refunded (if the entire order is returned, otherwise not), so it is only the return costs you have to cover (however, only applies to Danish orders).

NOTE. If you choose a return solution other than ours, we recommend that you continue to use tracking number as you have 100% responsibility for the package reaching us. It is not possible to return with DAO. Remember that you must send the package to our address, we do not pick up and pick up packages in parcel shops, post offices etc.

Always remember to enclose a return slip with name and order number in the package so we can see that it is from you.

REPLACEMENT:

If you want to exchange, you must enclose in your package what you want to exchange for. However, we can not guarantee that what you want is in stock. We pay for the shipping back to you. If we have it in stock, you will receive a new tracking number per. email, otherwise your order will be refunded as usual. Please note that it is your old order which is updated with a new tracking number. You will not receive the same item again, the e-mail is just information about. tracking no.

WE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PACKAGE RETURN IF:

  1. The 14-day return deadline has been exceeded!
  2. The item (s) are not properly packed and in original packaging.
  3. The item (s) have been perfumed, makeup, exposed to smoke odor.
  4. Hangtags or marks have been removed or damaged.

Once we have received your returned item, you will receive a message by email - then it can take up to 10 working days before you have the amount returned to your account.

3. RETURN AND EXCHANGE (FOREIGN ORDERS)

NOTE: it is NOT possible to return items purchased on stock sale.

It is unfortunately not yet possible to get a return label from us if you have bought from an address that is not in Denmark. You must therefore contact a freight company of your choice and send your package via. the selected one (It can, for example, be at the post office or similar) You must cover the return costs yourself.

You have a 14-day right of return, from the day you receive your item in the parcel shop or to your address.

You are responsible for your package reaching us and we therefore always recommend that you send with a tracking number! It is very important that you send the package with a tracking number to have an insurance to get your money back. We experience that packages are lost if they are sent as letters and then you are responsible for this!

You must send the package directly to the address, as we do not go out and pick up packages in kiosks, post offices etc.

You must report back if you want to return your item. You do this to the email: kontakt@venderbys.dk. You will not receive a reply back to your return message.

DUTIES, VAT AND OTHER FEES outside the EU: If you have paid customs duties or anything else on your order, this will NOT be refunded upon return.

4. Pre-order

If you make a pre-order, this will be in the product heading, and it will be in your order confirmation. In the product description you can see how many days it will take before the item is expected to be shipped. If you have ordered several items in the same order, with a pre-order, the entire order will be sent when the pre-order is in stock. If you make a pre-order that is more than 7 days, we are forced to withdraw the money from your account before shipment as we can no longer keep the money reserved and the order will be canceled.

5. Right of complaint

There is a 2-year right to make a complaint about products in accordance with the Danish Purchase Act. The right of complaint applies to all defects in software, material and manufacturing.

Complaint regarding. Defective situation must be reported to Venderby's within a reasonable time after receipt. Here, max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint is dropped due to incorrect or unusual use of the product.

Venderby's covers the return costs and sends you a return label as soon as you contact us.

Jewelry complaint:

Venderby's jewelry is made of sterling silver, as well as 18K gold plating. Gold plating is a surface treatment that can therefore wear off over time if the jewelry is used frequently. If the jewelry is used frequently and gold plating disappears, this will not fall under a complaint. Nor will incorrect use of the jewelery be covered by a complaint - this is when jewelery has been exposed to damage as a result of incorrect use, or mishandling of the jewelery.
We therefore always recommend that you treat your jewelery carefully and spare them the best possible . Read our about our jewelery care here.

6. Jewelry care and info

Venderby's jewelery is always made of sterling silver, with or without 18K gold plating.
The jewelery must always be spared as best as possible and this can be done in the following ways:

Take off the jewelery when you take a shower , washes hands, bathes and plays sports. Preferably also take off your jewelery when you sleep. The jewelry does not tolerate hand disinfection (hand alcohol). You need to be especially aware of this in these times.
We also recommend that you apply creams and other make-up before putting on the jewelry.

You should also be aware that silver is a soft material, so we recommend that when using especially earrings, the jewelry is carefully put on so that the lock does not bend.

NOTE.
Gold plating is a surface treatment , which can therefore wear off over time if the jewelry is used frequently.
