RIGHT OF COMPLAINT:


In accordance with the Danish Sales Act, we offer a 2-year warranty on our products. This right of complaint covers defects in material and manufacturing.

To complain about errors and defects, you must contact Venderby's within a reasonable period of time after receiving the item. A reasonable period of time is normally considered to be up to two months, unless otherwise agreed. We refund reasonable shipping costs in connection with complaints.

Please note that the right to complain expires if the product has been used incorrectly or in an unusual way.

When you contact us with a complaint, we cover the return costs and send you a return label.

Please note that we do not accept complaints sent as cash on delivery. Therefore, it is important to contact us if you think there is a complaint, so that we can arrange a return label for you.
