In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you are entitled to a 2-year period in which to file a complaint about our products. This right to complain covers all defects related to materials and workmanship.
Should you encounter a defect or any issues with the product, it is important to report it to Venderby's within a reasonable timeframe following receipt. In most cases, a reasonable timeframe is considered to be up to two months, unless otherwise agreed upon. We will reimburse justifiable shipping costs.
Please note that a complaint will not be valid if the product has been used incorrectly or in an unusual manner.
